Yellowstone is iconic for the vast diversity of wildlife and geology and in this image, both were captured. This coyote, photographed in the fall with is incoming thick winter coat, wandered this grassy field near a the Fountain Paint Pot area. These scene couldn’t have been more “Yellowstone” than this.
